Pricing questions
What do I get in the free days?
Everything, for 45 days from the first day you use the app: unlimited people and entries, interest, instalments, gold and silver records, statements, reminders, reports, Drive backup and all 12 languages. No card or account is needed to start.
How do I pay?
Only through Google Play, from Settings → Plan in the app. Google Play takes the payment (UPI, cards, net banking or Play balance, as Google offers them) and shows the final price before you pay. AsalBook never sees your payment details.
Does the plan renew by itself?
Yes. The monthly plan renews every month and the yearly plan every year until you cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. It stays active till the end of the period you paid for.
What happens if I do not buy a plan, or stop it?
The app becomes read-only. You can still open every person, see balances and interest, share statements and back up to Google Drive. Nothing is deleted, and buying a plan later opens editing again.
Can I get a refund?
Google Play lets you ask for a refund yourself within 48 hours of a payment. After that, write to us within 7 days of the charge if you were charged in error or the plan did not unlock, and we refund it through Google Play. See Refunds & Cancellations.
Is the plan for one phone?
The plan belongs to the Google account that bought it. On a new phone signed in to the same Google account, Settings → Plan → Restore purchase unlocks it again.
